This is another quality of Jupiter in Cancer in the 5th: A reckless, wild, untamed child-like energy. Jupiter in Cancer can be emotionally exaggerated behavior and in the 5th a sort of hedonistic, I'm going to do whatever I want according to how I feel right now.
